Sign in Problems

If you are having sign in problems, try reading through this page as it might be able to help you easily solve the problem.

I can't stay signed in
If you are immediatly signed out once you have signed in, or are signed out even though your username and password seem to have been accepted, the problem could be due to cookies.

One way you may be able to solve this in Windws is by going to Control Panel > Internet Options and lowering the settings under the privacy and security tabs.

In other browsers such as Beonex you may be able to alter your settings within the browser's configuration menu.

I get a blank page
This is usually caused by you having disabled JavaScript in your browser as error messages are displayed using JavaScript.

If you think it is an error message you are missing then check your username and password as these are the most likely cause of error messages on sign in.

It may also be that your account in inactive or has been locked by the admins. You can tell if your account has been locked as you will no longer appear on the community / forums member list.
